Robert LaLonde
Robert (Bob) LaLonde joined Insight Decision Solutions in 2004 as our Vice President and Senior Account Executive.
Bob has over 20 years of actuarial software sales experience having worked previously for SS&C Technologies and PolySystems.
Bob started his career as an insurance examiner for the state of Michigan. He went on to be the Personal Lines Actuary for a large mutual company and then as a Chief Actuary for a health insurance company. He spent over 10 years with KPMG consulting on the implementation of FAS 97 for interest sensitive products, financial reporting issues, audit support, and the implementation of DEFRA and TEFRA tax policies for insurance companies.
Bob has been a frequent speaker at SOA meetings and is currently a member of SOA’s E&E committee for Advanced Finance/ERM certifications.
