In a few cases your firewall may prevent a connection to GotoMeeting, if you have never used GotoMeeting before and are concerned that this may be the case the connection can be tested in advance either with Insight or using the free trial provided by GotoMeeting. If connection is blocked, please provide the IP configuration document to your IT department so that they may allow GoToMeeting to connect.
